Regarding global warming, humanity would be better off warmer and richer. Poorer countries especially would be better served by funds spent to directly fight things like future hunger, malaria, and flooding, than by the same funds spent reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

In other news, American ethanol subsidies are ridiculously expensive and counterproductive.
