Too good to be true? 15 foods that increase your metabolism (relative to other foods). I like them all, except the green tea and sardines.

i didn't like green tea until i spent a vacation in Vietnam. Everywhere you go you are served green tea. Even when you're shopping. Now i'm pretty much addicted. Tastes best with rose and jasmine, in my opinion.

i think a lot of people would sort their metabolisms out if they just stopped eating such over-processed foods and started eating more wholesome stuff and doing a bit of exercise. What's the point in throwing down bunches of chillis if you're still going to be eating a burger and fries for lunch everyday. Plus, having a higher metabolism makes you hungrier. What good is a fast metabolism if you just sate it with bad food? Talk about non-sequitur.
